About NCD Equipment

Here at NCD Equipment we import our products from various European countries. This ensures that we bring the best equipment to the British market to support our customers needs. We believe our products not only get the job done safely but as cost effectively as possible. As best we can, we like to try the core products, such as the Rabaud mulcher and Auger Torque stump plainer prior to adding them to our range, with some brands we’re not able to try everything as their range is so big, however this is not the case with the TMK, we’ve tried everything they have; largely as we have grown together as business’. By testing the products we are better placed to see how they suit our customers needs, we find the little techniques that only an operator would know and pass these onto our customers. For us it’s all about finding what’s the best machine for our customers needs.

TMK Tree Shears were developed to work in the most challenging conditions whilst being reliable and easy to use. Their creator was a frustrated owner of a forest that couldn’t find the right shear for his needs. He needed something small enough to not damage the surrounding trees, but strong enough to cut the bigger trees. What we now know to be the TMK 300 Tree Shear was created. The shears are made of Hardox Steel, the blade is thinner than competitor shears, it sinks into the trees with ease and because of its curve it has a firmer hold of the tree prior to cutting.

To date the TMK 300 has been our greatest seller, its versatility appeals to a wide section of our client base, but we are beginning to see interest in the smaller TMK 200 and larger TMK 400 rise. We have been supplying the Rabaud products for a little while and we are now beginning to see a rise in their sales too, their machines are able to complement the TMK range, with either the mulcher being able to clear vegetation from the ground or the stump grinder for use after the tree has been cut. Auger Torque are a new brand that we have just started to supply, these too are proving popular with customers.

It’s not just our product range that has grown, we now have a Sales Manager Keith Evans, who joined the team in January. The workshop has a new Plasma Table, which we use to cut our own steel for the brackets we supply, and will open new avenues for us in the future.

As of now NCD is the sole importer for the TMK range of products and is now an official dealer for Mecalac, Rabaud and Auger-torque offering a wide range of specialist attachments.
