We are hiring a manager for our aftermarket business at Komatsu Forest Ltd in UK.

Job description

You will be involved in the development of the aftermarket business, facilitating, and managing change in processes, procedures, and structure. You will be based in Longtown, Cumbria, but responsible for Service and Parts sales in all the British market.


Personal Skills

You are a dedicated and driven individual, who has outstanding communication skills, detail-oriented and a problem solver with superior customer service skills. You have a result-oriented mindset. The position will require exceptional leadership, business acumen, communication, and presentation skills with a take-charge personality and ability to build, influence, lead and motivate effective teams towards results.


Experience

Sales, customer orientation, technical and parts sale background. Experience in management of efficient teams.
