The FB84DT Timber Crane is the largest and most powerful forestry crane in the FB series. Its high lifting capacity, optimized motion paths, and maximal reach of 8.4 meters make it an extremely agile and productive loader for any operations.

Many of the construction solutions used in the FB84DT crane are based on heavy-duty professional cranes, which makes FTG loader an extraordinarily durable and reliable machine for forest work. The reliable design keeps productivity high and minimizes maintenance costs.

Forestry cranes are normally used with timber trailers. Another possible installation is on tractors – mounted on 3-Point attachment and connected to tractors 3-Point linkage system. Forestry cranes are also widely used for wood chippers, splitters etc. Operation by crane is the safest and most efficient way to feed the material.

All Källefall cranes feature a boom prepared for winch installation. A winch is an important tool for effective work – extends the working range and makes it easy to collect single logs.

FB84DT comes equipped with the grapple FB190WF. A sturdy construction, high-quality components, and proven design solution contribute to the grapple’s long life. The maximum grip opening width is 1200 mm with a 0.19 m² grip area. All bolts, axle pins, cylinder hoses are securely protected.

Forestry cranes can be equipped with different control systems according to customers’ wishes. Standardly cranes include mechanical 2 lever/3 coord. valves however you can choose an upgrade to ON/OFF, Lightweight, Electro-Hydraulic control system, or even Radio-controlled system.

Recommended oil flow to operate the crane FB84DT is 40 – 60 l/min.
