These exciting products will be showcased at various industry events and exhibitions, including Elmia Wood in Sweden, Forexpo in France, and DLG Waldtage in Germany, highlighting Logset’s commitment to progress and excellence in forestry technology.
Logset is excited to announce the launch of its new series of harvester heads, comprising the TH60, TH70, TH80, and TH90 models. This development comes after extensive experience gained over years of operation across six continents, leading to a significant expansion of Logset’s head range.
Each model in the 4.0 series incorporates several key enhancements, including:
– The Bucher hydraulic valve block, which enables proportional control of the saw unit.
– A newly positioned measuring sensor located above the rear feeding roller.
– An extended frame length that improves stability during operation.
– Enhanced accessibility and optimized routing of hoses for better maintenance.
– A reinforced tilt arch, which increases durability and strength.

The previous 3.0 series was first launched in 2009 and has seen various updates, culminating in version 3.3. The introduction of the 4.0 series signifies a new milestone for Logset, delivering models that are bigger, stronger, smarter, and ultimately better suited to meet the demands of modern forestry operations.
New Logset H crane series
Logset is excited to announce the launch of its new crane line, the Logset H series, after three years of focused development. This series includes three model sizes, identified as H245, H325, and H405. These cranes have been designed with input from customers, prioritizing key aspects such as power, speed, and reliability.
The H series boasts several notable features:
– Exceptional lifting capacity and performance across all operational functions
– High-performance hydraulic motors that ensure smooth and powerful rotation
– A hydraulic cylinder-based parallel linkage that facilitates flexible and precise movement
– Sturdy frame construction designed for long-term durability
– An extended tilt angle that allows for versatile operational capabilities
Each of the three models is available with 10 or 11-meter reach and comes standard with the Logset Smooth crane system. The H series is specifically engineered to complement Logset harvesters and aligns perfectly with the new head series, delivering the essential power, speed, and reliability needed for efficient forest operations.
**New 3.3 Version of the 4F GT Forwarder**
The Logset 4F GT, the latest addition to the forwarder lineup to undergo significant upgrades, is now equipped with the advanced 3.3 update package. This enhancement directly addresses market demands for increased performance and durability.
One of the standout features of this update is the complete redesign of the bogie system, which has been upgraded to a heavier-duty version. This redesign allows the forwarder to support larger 24-inch wheels, improving traction and stability on rugged terrains, while enhancing overall performance for operators.
In addition to the bogie upgrade, the 4F GT has experienced an overall length reduction of more than 10 cm. This change not only enhances the forwarder’s manoeuvrability in tight forested environments but also facilitates easier navigation around obstacles, which is crucial for efficient timber harvesting.
The engine compartment has been redesigned to be more compact and ergonomic, allowing for easier access during maintenance tasks. This thoughtful design improves operational efficiency, ensuring that downtime for repairs is minimized.

Powering the 4F GT is a robust 140 kW (190 hp) engine, paired with a reliable Mesera crane that delivers an impressive 106 kNm of lifting force. This combination allows for swift and effective loading of timber, while the 135 kN tractive force ensures the forwarder can handle demanding off-road conditions with ease.
With a load capacity class of 10 tonnes, the 4F GT stands out as a compact yet powerful solution for forestry professionals seeking both efficiency and reliability in their operations.
