Two grapple saws made from high quality Weldox Steel which are able to cut stems up to 40 and 50cm. Both are available with Total Tree Control (TTC) where tree sections are held firmly in place after cutting. The grapples are a plug and play component and do not require any technical modifications to your crane. They are available with a GMT quick coupler for a fast changeover and a GMT extension arm for that extra reach

Westtech’s extensive range of robust tree shears and grapple saws are made from Hardox Steel capable of cutting stems from 30cm to 75cm. They can be mounted directly onto an excavator, mounted onto hydraulic slewing rams, an endless rotating and tilting tiltator, or power-tiltator which doubles the torque for more strength. Other options are the quick release accumulator for multi stemming in small diameter timber and Autospeed for faster operating of the cutting shear. Another useful addition is the Woodcracker T400 6.35 m telescopic crane extension for 14-22 tonne excavators.
