FinnMETKO 2020 exhibition will be held from 3rd – 5th September

Finland’s largest trade fair for the machinery industry, FinnMETKO 2020, will be held as planned in Jämsä from 3.–5.9.2020. The exhibition will comply with official guidance issued for the coronavirus pandemic. 230 exhibitors are currently taking part in the exhibition. You can see a list of the exhibitors on the FinnMetko website at www.finnmetko.fi. The exhibition will be organized with special arrangements in place due to the coronavirus pandemic. The exhibition will comply with guidance issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture and the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare dated 14.5.2020 to prevent the spread of coronavirus infections at public events, mass gatherings and during the use of public spaces (in Finnish), and, if the guidance dated 14.5.2020 should change, the exhibition will comply with valid guidance issued thereafter. If any changes are made to the guidance, we will immediately inform exhibitors and visitors. Exhibitors must prepare to ensure sufficient social distancing and hygiene practices at their stand (e.g. the availability of hand sanitizer and wiping down services at regular intervals). Due to coronavirus, all exhibition participants must remember to keep a safe distance from others and to practice good hygiene while the coronavirus pandemic is ongoing. Do not attend the exhibition if you are symptomatic. By acting responsibly together, we can make the exhibition a safe experience for everyone. The FinnMETKO 2020 trade fair will be open to the public between 9.00am and 5.00pm from 3.–5.9.2020. The FinnMETKO 2020 professional and sales trade fair is Finland’s main event for the heavy machinery industry. The organizer responsible for FinnMETKO 2020 is Finnmetko Oy. Other organizations behind the exhibition are Koneyrittäjät ry and Keski-Suomen Koneyrittäjät ry.
