830 G – for power and comfort for demanding jobs
The Sennebogen 830 G material handling machine offers a wide range of applications, such as scrap, recycled materials and timber handling. It is equipped with a 186 kW Stage V diesel engine that optimises fuel consumption and reduces emissions. The machine’s maximum reach of 17 meters allows for efficient handling over a large area and can lift a load of up to 4.3 tons within a radius of 15 meters.

The new Maxcab comfort cabin is designed to provide the driver with an ergonomic and comfortable working environment. The air conditioning is enhanced by a powerful automatic system, and the air-conditioned, air-sprung seat ensures comfort during long shifts. The cabin can be raised to a height of 5.80 metres, and a lifting height of 6.60 metres is available as an option. Noise cancellation technology reduces outside noise by up to 50%, improving the driver’s concentration. The cab also has audio equipment with Bluetooth and USB connections, charging sockets and an integrated refrigerated storage compartment.
The 830 G’s hydraulic system has been optimised to provide a fast and accurate response to the operator’s movements. The work cycle is designed to be efficient, and simultaneous movements can be performed seamlessly. The multi-circuit technology of the hydraulic system saves fuel and extends the life of the components.

6203 E – up to 78 meters
The Sennebogen 6203 E is the manufacturer’s largest telescopic crawler crane with a maximum load of 200 tons and a jib length of up to 78 meters making it an ideal choice for heavy-duty construction and infrastructure work. The crane is particularly suitable for precast concrete installations, bridge and infrastructure projects, and the construction of wind turbines.
The machine’s 6-piece Pin Boom boom provides stability and lightness, and its telescopic system allows for boom lengths of up to 56.4 meters. The crane is able to move around the site with a full load of 200 tonnes and rotate the lifting load 360 degrees, improving efficiency and flexibility. The hydraulically controlled main and auxiliary winches offer a pulling force of 135 kN and a speed of up to 115 meters per minute, ensuring efficiency even in demanding lifts.

Figure: The 6203 E crawler crane’s boom telescopic system has 16 preset reach modes that allow the operator to quickly select the most efficient boom configuration for different lifting jobs.
The chassis of the 6203 E model is designed to be versatile and to improve stability. The rolls can spread out to a width of up to 6 meters and contract to 3.5 meters, making it easier to transport and move around the jobsite. Standard equipment includes 1000 mm wide track shoes that reduce surface pressure. In addition, the machine has a transport width of only 3 meters without rollers and can be moved in seven parts, which makes logistics easier.

SENcon – the machine management of the future
The new SENcon control system is designed to improve machine management and maintenance. The 10-inch touchscreen provides an intuitive user interface that can be used to customize operator profiles and automate repetitive operations. A particularly useful feature is remote system monitoring and diagnostics: service technicians can check the status of the machine and provide solutions without the need for a physical visit, reducing downtime and maintenance costs.

In addition, the machines support over-the-air software updates, allowing customers to receive the latest system improvements directly without the need for additional service visits. This ensures that Sennebogen machines always keep up with technological developments. The system also includes real-time load monitoring, a Virtual Wall, and the possibility of partial or full automation, which enables the automation of repetitive work phases and improves efficiency.

Sennebogen bauma
