Due to an increase in work load, D Williams Forestry are seeking new team members to operate harvesters & forwarders.
Chainsaw certification would be beneficial. Based in Cumbria but must be willing to work across the North West and possibly further afield. The role will include productive machine operation, machine maintenance as well as other tasks.
The right candidates must be hard working, reliable, work to a high standard, conscientious and also have mechanical knowledge. Applicants must be able to work alone and as part of a team productively. Up to date tickets would be preferred but not essential.
Applicants with mechanical knowledge are invited to apply, previous forestry work is essential.
Training will be provided to our high safety standards, high production rate and environmental considerations. Competitive wage dependant on experience, productivity and quality of work.
