New RK200 – compact and manoeuvrable
The new RK200 extends the RK family with smaller, more manoeuvrable carrier machines. As the smallest model in the range, it is designed for excavators weighing approximately 1.8 to 5 tonnes.
Despite its compact dimensions, the RK200 combines cutting and material handling in a single attachment. At a maximum working pressure of 240 bar, it can cut softwood up to 200 mm and hardwood up to 160 mm in diameter. Its maximum grab opening is 660 mm.
Its compact design makes the RK200 particularly suitable for work where manoeuvrability and precise positioning matter, such as clearing embankments and roadsides, trimming trees, removing brush, and maintaining vegetation.
The RK200 features a fixed cutting knife and can be configured with two different rotator options and collecting grabs. The rotator provides 360° rotation for easier positioning of the felling head, while the collecting grabs stabilise the material and allow you to cut several smaller trees or branches consecutively before putting the collected material down.
An optional support for trees and branches is also available.

One RK family, three sizes
The Uniforest RK family is designed for a wide range of applications in forestry, agriculture, construction, municipal services and landscape maintenance. From preparing construction sites and clearing roadsides and embankments to tree trimming and vegetation removal, different RK models provide the cutting and handling capacity required for different types of work.
The three models differ primarily in carrier machine requirements, cutting diameter, handling capacity, mounting options and available equipment:
| Suitable for | Max. softwood diameter | Max. hardwood diameter | Max. grab opening | |
| RK200 | Excavators, 1.8-5 t | 200 mm | 160 mm | 660 mm |
| RK250 | Excavators / forestry trailers | 250 mm | 200 mm | 1,000 mm |
| RK260 | Excavators, 6-10 t | 260 mm | 210 mm | 1,000 mm |
The RK250 takes the next step in size and cutting capacity. It is available as the RK250B for excavators and RK250K for forestry trailers. It can cut softwood up to 250 mm and hardwood up to 200 mm, with a maximum grab opening of 1,000 mm.
The RK260, designed for excavators weighing 6 to 10 tonnes, further increases cutting capacity, handling softwood up to 260 mm and hardwood up to 210 mm. Its maximum grab opening is 1,000 mm. Different configurations are available with a rotator, collecting grabs, or a combination of both, allowing the felling head to adapt to different working requirements.

Built for demanding work
RK felling heads are built for demanding working conditions, combining robust construction with wear-resistant materials. Nicrodur is used in the construction of the felling heads, while the cutting knives are made of Hardox 500, providing high strength, wear resistance and the toughness required for cutting operations.
Rotating and moving components use lubricatable plain bearings, and lubrication points are protected against damage.
Depending on the model and configuration, RK felling heads can also be equipped with rotators and collecting grabs. Rotators provide greater freedom when positioning the attachment and make it easier to approach trees and branches from different angles, while collecting grabs provide additional support, stabilise the material during cutting and allow several consecutive cuts before the material needs to be put down. This reduces unnecessary movements and makes clearing work more efficient.

The Uniforest RK family, RK200, RK250, and RK260, offers a range of felling heads for different carrier machines and working requirements. With three sizes and a variety of configurations, you can select the right RK felling head to match the carrier machine, application, and job demands.
