The Solution

Formulate a high-quality product using a combination of synthetic base fluids and additive packages that will ensure premium performance characteristics.

What characteristics will it need?

GB Lubricants must develop a product that has excellent anti-wear and all-temperature detergency properties employing a low ash formulation.

The oil must meet other OEM specifications and industry standards (e.g. Husqvarna, JASO, Rotax)

The Outcome

A high-quality fully synthetic 2-stroke oil has been developed, field tested and approved by tree surgeons.

Has it been tested in the industry?

The oil has been trialled by several tree surgeons, who stated that the oil matched the performance of the OEM product with noticeable savings.

It has a greatly reduced cost when compared to the OEM product, but the same premium quality!
