DESCRIPTION
Faulds Wood forms an attractive and productive block of predominantly Sitka spruce planted in the mid-1990s. The spruce is exhibiting good yield classes of up to 16 and stands to produce a good volume of timber when maturity is reached.
Similar to Lot 1, Faulds Wood contains an attractive area of open ground that could be utilised for an array of sporting activities and, subject to consent, would lend itself to the construction of a cabin to enjoy the surrounding countryside.
