A partnership between UK-based business Postsaver and global sawmilling and wood processing manufacturer Wood-Mizer could revolutionise the wood and fencing industry, the companies say
The Wood-Mizer collaboration combines Postsaver’s innovative, guaranteed rot prevention products with Wood-Mizer’s advanced engineering expertise to create the PostMizer machine –a custom-built application system designed to protect timber posts against rot and boost growth of wood sales.
This partnership tackles a key challenge in the timber industry: strengthening wood’s market position and driving growth amid increasing competition from alternative materials. By enabling timber producers to offer guaranteed long-life posts, Postsaver and Wood-Mizer say they are empowering the industry to reclaim its competitive edge.
