two 3-axle semi-trailers for BC Trans

The two 3-axle semi-trailers of type S3E-TS18 and S3E-S18 are two very special new additions: BC-Trans GmbH & Co.KG thus completes the vehicle fleet of its towed units to 100 units conventional semi-trailers in heavy and special transport only on DOLL.

With the two new panther vehicles, trailers number 13 and 14 strengthen the fleet. They join other semi-trailers, trailers and platform trailers. The two semi-trailers – each with a single and double telescopic design – impress with a sophisticated load securing package consisting of numerous lugs, lashing eyes and stake pockets . Additional lashing strips enable optimal and simple securing of a wide variety of loads. BC-Trans uses telescopic aluminum stanchions to transport prefabricated parts and to support high loads from the sideby ExTe. For continuous loading from the saddle platform, aluminum trestles compensate for the difference to the low bed. BC-Trans uses aluminum loading rails to load construction machinery from the rear. Speaking of the stern: this is equipped with long-life full-LED lighting .

The built-in panther axles promise best driving behavior with low tire wear and excellent responsiveness with 55 ° steering angle and 315 mm total stroke. They also have the optional lift axle and jack function . The axles can be lifted when driving empty to save the tires and save fuel . A necessary tire change takes place without tools and simply from the outside like a rigid axle. Thanks to the innovative DOLL tronic control system, all trailer functions such as changing the driving level or tracking can be operated easily and conveniently using keypads on the gooseneck and at the rear.

These two panthers are real all-rounders for BC-Trans, which specialize in oversized loads and the prefabricated house construction industry . And the next panther is already in the starting blocks. Already in January 2021, DOLL number 15, an identical S3E-S18, will again strengthen the fleet in Falkenberg.
