The new generation of straps from EXTE are specially developed for remote control and harsh reality.
EXTE continue to develop solutions that strengthen both safety and efficiency in the transport industry. We are now launching an updated version of our tension strap, specially adapted for use with our remote-controlled tensioners. The new belt includes an integrated wear protection that reduces the risk of abrasion and extends the life of the product.

The strap is equipped with a sewn-on reinforcement piece placed at the triangle of the strap. The reinforcement is specially designed to protect the belt in situations where it is dragged against the ground – for example, when reeling in with the help of our remote-controlled tensioners TU tensioners.
“This is something we have seen out with our users and received clear feedback on. The straps wear out in certain moments, and we needed to solve that. Thanks to our proximity to the market, we were able to quickly make an improvement that really makes a difference in everyday life – and in the wallet,” says Per Olsson, Sales Manager at ExTe.
The improvement is particularly relevant in combination with our automatic TU tensioners with Remote package, which enable remote control of the tensioners. This solution streamlines work and reduces the need for manual steps, while placing higher demands on the durability of the materials when handling belts along the ground.
With the new design, we ensure that the straps are optimized for modern working methods without compromising on safety or longevity. The launch is a step in our work to develop solutions that are based on reality – how the products are actually used every day.
