Handover of our first commercial wooden wind turbine tower, the Wind of Change
We at Modvion are delighted to announce the handover of our first commercial wooden wind turbine tower, the Wind of Change, to Varberg Energi.
This marks a significant step forward for Modvion in pioneering sustainable solutions for our customers portfolios. The Wind of Change represents a breakthrough in our efforts to achieve more circularity and recyclability within the wind power industry.

The wind of Change which is built with a 105-metre-high wooden tower and equipped with a Vestas V90-2.0MW turbine making total hight of 150 metre. The power is being bought by Chalmers Fastigheter.
